Your New Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites in Scotland. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supervising all construction activities on site.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations specific to Scotland.
  • Managing site budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality assessments.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to resolve any issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, especially with high volume housebuilding.
  • Flatted experience would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards in Scotland.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid etc.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
