6-Month Initial Contract
2/3 Days on site in Basingstoke

Your new Company:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join the organisation, to lead the development and implementation of a refreshed Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and update the existing Business Continuity framework, which has not been refreshed since 2017, to align with current best practices and standards which align with the requirements of ISO 22301:2019.
* Provide expert advice and support to Directors, Senior Management, and Business Continuity Leads throughout the business continuity lifecycle to enhance organisational resilience.
* Develop the business continuity processes and procedures required to deliver the BCMS, and review the BCMS to ensure its effective implementation across the organisation.
* Offer comprehensive guidance and support to Senior Management and Business Continuity Leads in developing, maintaining, and reviewing their Business Continuity arrangements.
* To offer advice to the organisation as to their current technology estate to establish the future disaster risk level.
*Foster a culture of Business Continuity understanding within the organisation through education, advice and awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential qualification in Business Continuity Management
* Ideally, experience using ISO 22301:2019
* Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity frameworks and systems within a large organisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
