This includes education buildings, healthcare, social and high-rise housing and various other commercial and nuclear facilities. There will also be an opportunity to get involved with the design of new and existing buildings across similar sectors.

Day-to-day team management, client liaison, fee proposals, invoicing and work generation (new or existing) will also all be expected.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to evidence a breadth of UK based structural design and investigation experience
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English
  • MIStructE / MICE Chartered membership is preferred, but is not essential for the right candidate with strong evidence and a proven track record
  • A desire to progress within a forward-thinking structural team, to assist with the running of the team and to directly contribute to the teams planned growth

What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000
  • Annual performance bonus up to 10%
  • Car allowance and mileage coverage
  • 25 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays) with plenty of buy and sell options
  • Flexible and hybrid working options, on average 1-2 days per week from home given survey requirements
  • Company pension, life assurance and income protection
  • Loads more cool perks and discounted offerings to enjoy
