Your new role
In this role you will be involved in both professional building surveying and project management work though if you prefer one more than the other your role can be focussed more on that area. Professional work will include, dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition and condition surveys. Projects here range in value from £50k to £5million so you are bound to work on a project that will be the right one for you!

What you'll need to succeed
