Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working with some driving required
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Social Housing Lettings Assistant to join our team in Warrington. This role involves supporting the lettings process for social housing, ensuring that properties are allocated efficiently and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of the lettings process from application to move-in.
  • Conduct property viewings and assessments.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants, providing information and support throughout the lettings process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all lettings activities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housing management teams to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
  • Support tenants in understanding their tenancy agreements and responsibilities.
  • Perform some driving duties as required to visit properties and meet with tenants.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housing or lettings role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing management software is an advantage.
