My client, an independent construction cost consultancy based in London, as part of their succession planning, are looking for a client facing Cost Manager at Associate Director or Director level to join their team.
This role has excellent prospects for an individual who is seeking to be part of a smaller dynamic organisation and has a strong ambition to progress, enjoys working collaboratively and will ultimately become part of the senior management team.
As well as technical competence, they are looking for someone with the ability to think laterally, who possesses first class communication skills, has strong commercial awareness and will provide a first-class service to their Clients with the desire and ability to be involved in Business Development and generate future business.
Their experience covers a wide range of sectors and includes new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects.
