In Manchester, they have been established for over 20 years and have been a well-run business that looks after their people, with long-standing employees that can share their experience with you.They are based in North Manchester with easy access and parking available on site. They are strongly committed to getting a diverse workforce in their Manchester office.

Your new role
In this role you will deliver valuations for leisure sector properties, many of which will be pubs with a usual value of around £1 million - £3 million but can go up to £10 million - £15 million. As the company looks after lease advisory and agency, your role can be a diverse one if you'd like to get involved in these as well.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS valuation surveyor ideally with experience looking at leisure sector properties, though commercial experience will be considered as well. You will be an ambitious individual looking to grow with the business. You need to be eligible to work in the UK and have UK-based experience.
