Senior Estimator - Adelaide

Your new role
You will be responsible for estimating across a variety of projects, but initial focus will be on civil, demolition and enabling works, so a strong background in these projects is desired. Your new role will form part of the estimating team at a senior level, reporting directly to the Regional Manager and providing guidance and mentorship to Estimators and Junior Estimators.
What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's Degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or a related field * Experience with Team Leadership of Junior Estimators* Significant years of experience in estimation - civil, demolition and enabling works. * Expert knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals * Project scheduling - MS Project/Primavera P6 * Contract Management * Project Management Fundamentals * Plan Reading * Computer Literate with estimation software * Self-starter * Practical Approach * Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
