Construction Project Manager

Hays is working with a well known tier one contractor, who require a Project Manager to work on a 2-year project within the healthcare sector.

Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a rolling 2-year installation / recon project on behalf of the main contractor with one of their healthcare clients. You will be the main interface between the contractor and client ensuring that what will be a large and complex project runs smoothly with minimal disturbance to the day-to-day running of the site, whilst ensuring a quality build is handed over on time on the completion date.

What you'll need to succeed

• Track record of delivering large, complex projects for a tier one contractor
• Previous healthcare experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Good technical background within construction, covering build & M&E
• Ability to efficiently manage 'red tape' situations, with a level-headed approach

What you'll get in return

• Up to £350 per day
• 40 hours per week (5 days)
• Up to 2-year worth of work
• Start date flexible for the right candidate
• Single site location
