Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways

Your new company
You will be working for an award-winning and widely recognised Tier One contractor who delivers high quality work on road schemes, partnering with National Highways and local authorities. With this project in particular, you will be providing commercial support on an £80 million project which involves work on a dual-carriage road and roundabouts.

Your new role
You will be working on an infrastructure project where you will be heavily involved in subcontractor procurement and management of subcontractor packages. Furthermore, your role will include, but not be limited to producing and agreeing monthly applications in line with the terms of agreement, producing thorough monthly reports and CVR's in accordance with the project or business unit specifications and analysing and assessing extensively the expenditure reports generated by internal cost systems.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have strong experience in the procurement of subcontractors and subcontractor management on large scale highway projects, NEC3/4 contract experience and previous employment with Tier One contractors. Degree qualifications are desired, but not essential.
