Infrastructure Services Division

The Royal Veterinary College is looking to recruit a Project Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of a wide range of capital projects, as well as minor works. Reporting to the Head of Estates you will be responsible for managing a broad range of projects across a diverse estate portfolio across both our Campuses (Camden – North London, and Hawkshead in rural Hertfordshire).

You will hold a HND in a Construction related subject, awarded by a UK recognised body and/or have a diverse experience gained at site level with trade related experience.

You will also have relevant experience in a client side, consultancy, or similar project role and be able to demonstrate experience in programming, procuring, and managing construction/property projects. You will be a confident communicator with drive and potential to lead and manage project teams.
