This leading developer / investor managing US$5-7bn in assets have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Cayman Islands.

MRICS ideally, you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience, including project experience in the development and construction of large mixed use hospitality or commercial projects, some of which should have been valued in excess of US$100million within a well reputed construction or development organization and ideally in an international environment.

You will also have experience in PMWeb, On-Screen Take-Off and/or CostX estimating software, excellent mathematical, planning, analytical, negotiation and time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of the larger commercial/project team.
