Your new company is a housing association based in Manchester, who are seeking a Property Manager in their leasehold team.
Your new role
Your new role as Property Manager will require you to oversee a mixture of properties in the Manchester area, ensuring excellent leasehold and service charge management.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll need experience in a similar role and ideally membership in either TPI or AIRPM.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive an excellent hourly rate and the ability to work from home on a remote working basis.
