We are currently supporting our client with their Associate role, which is based in Guildford. Our client is a rapidly growing law firm that promotes great career paths and ongoing training for its employees.
Your new role

As a Senior Associate/Associate, you will be part of an innovative and collaborative team, ensuring the smooth operation of a busy legal and corporate business development. You will collaborate closely with clients, taking the time to thoroughly understand their business.
Core responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients with their development process.
• Data collection and reporting.
• Building rapport and maintaining a partnership with clients.
• Organising network events for clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Confident in meeting new people and proactive in using your initiative to exceed client expectations.
