Real Estate Associate

We are currently supporting our client in their Associate role, which is based in Guildford. Our client is a rapidly growing law firm that promotes a great career path and ongoing training for its employees.

Your new role
As an Associate, you will be part of their real estate team, providing regional support and working closely with the broader commercial team. You will assist clients with complex commercial property matters and offer pertinent advice.
Core responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly to the partner.
• Delivering excellent client service.
• Conducting market research to provide information for clients.
• Managing legal documents such as contracts, closing statements and leases.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a commercial property team is essential. Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships. Highly self-motivated and organised to ensure deadlines are met.
