Architectural Technician

Your new company
You will be joining one of the UK's leading housebuilders, working as an Architectural Technician on a 3-month contract, with rolling options to extend further. This role is OUTSIDE IR35.

Your new role
You will be required to:

• Ensure all drawings, details and third-party information are accurate, commercially suitable, and compliant with current regulations.
• Work with the Group Technical Manager to manage the delivery and maintenance of the Group standard house type portfolio.
• Liaise with regional business units and attend meetings to progress all relevant technical matters.
• Ensure cost-effective design control and buildability.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Architectural Technology or related.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience checking 3rd party information in a house builder role.
