Quantity Surveyor

Hays are currently looking for a quantity surveyor to support a main contractor in Plymouth.You would be working as part of an experienced team and the role would be office based with some site work.
Due to the nature of the project, you will need to be able to pass BPSS and SC clearance.

Some of your responsibilities may include

• Supporting with invoices and costs
• Liasing with client
• Placing sub-contractor orders
• Payments
• Value & Change management
• Risk management

What would we need from you?

• Some experience in a similar environment would be desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of construction sites and commercial builds
• Ability to commit to the length of contract
• Reliable
