Site Manager (Housing)

Hays Construction are delighted to be working alongside a leading National Housebuilder in recruiting for a Site Manager for a New Build site in Cheshire. This Contractor prides itself on quality, customer service and building premium homes with the highest style and excellence for its customers

With experience working on Timber Frame Housing developments, you must be an exceptional Site Manager with the highest standards in New Build Housing

This is a fast-paced site, but without compromise on quality, standards, H&S and customer service. Based on a site in South Cheshire, it's 100+ units, and you'll have a solid site team around you, including an experienced Senior Leadership team, to support the delivery of this project

You must be a leader, have excellent communication skills and site management ability. You must be resilient with a robust ability to get the job done

You'll need the usual qualifications and experience, including SMSTS, 1st Aid, CSCS. You'll be proficient at programme management, subcontractor management and also supporting the development of Assistant Site Managers on site
