Senior Quantity Surveyor

A young, established London based PQS business with a tight senior management team are in the market! They bring together over 90 years of PQS experience and due to progressive & impressive turnover figures, as well as general client growth, they're seeking to expand their dynamic cost management team. Currently employing seven technical staff and now seeking to bolster the 'midfield' by hiring a couple of young leaders of the future. Their ideal goal is to hire three qualified (RICS) within the next 3-6 months, they will actively consider those at Project to Senior Quantity Surveying levels.

Current client markets are both domestic and international but the focus for these appointments is London. Across the capital, they’re working for major landlords, banks and pension funds on various redevelopment projects  – all commercial work. Overseas, their projects are typically high value, signature commercial projects and Middle East based.

Candidates wishing to apply must be MRICS, but by exception, those with a minimum degree level in Quantity Surveying (MSc or BSc) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience will be considered if they can demonstrate an exceptional PQS background. This is a client facing role and sound communication skills are also anticipated. You can expect a highly interactive team, a busy environment with partners being very ‘hands on’. Uniquely they also have the support of a sister contracting company too.

Packages includes generous lump sum basic, private healthcare, 30 days annual leave (not including bank holidays or christmas shut down) Pension – up to 5% workplace pension; discretionary bonuses, flexible working with 3 to 4 days expected in the office, as a growing team.
