Your new company
This is a growing, boutique Employer's Agent / Project Management construction company based in Manchester building projects from £1M to £100M. Due to continued workload and growth they are recruiting for a Quality Manager / Building Surveyor to join their team. Their office is based in Manchester with an easy commute via public transport.

Your new role
This is a Quality Manager/ Building Surveyor job in construction inspecting works, ensuring it matches drawings, snagging, monitoring defects and ensuring they get corrected, ensuring building regulations are met and issuing certificates of completion to contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience as a Building Surveyor, Finishing Manager, Clerk of Works or Quality Manager with experience building large Office Blocks / Flats / High Rises. You will hold a relevant qualification in the sector such as MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB and be qualified to quality check construction works.
