Site Supervisor - Joinery Experience

Hays are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman with a strong background in joinery to oversee the refurbishment of holiday lets in Ilfracombe.
Ideally, you will be someone that is happy to support the site hands-on with the joinery works needed, alongside managing the team, monitoring progress and completing some client side duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete joinery work and ensure it meets the required standards.
• Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
