Your new company
Your new company is the longest-established surveying company in Manchester and boasts a vast amount of portfolio experience and believes in the quality of their brand instead of the quantity of non-specialist projects.
They have large contracts with the likes of Lloyds Banking Group, Together Finances amongst others. The Manchester office has 20 members of staff who balance 75% commercial work and the remainder HMOs with a mixture of new and repeat business.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working across multiple clients and bringing in fees continuously throughout the year. The team meet in the office each Monday morning to discuss clients and individual plans for the week and have anchor days Wednesday and Thursday. The role is rather autonomous, so you will be free to manage your own time and client base.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' industry experience as a RICS registered Valuer. However, the role is open to much more senior professionals as partnership is available to experienced applicants.
You will possess a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between site and office and enjoy delivering a personal service to your clients.
