Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
This is a large multidisciplinary consultancy working across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare and education. They have a team of over 60 multidisciplinary engineers which you will be a part of. Due to constant growth, they are now looking for a senior building surveyor to come and join their building surveying team in Manchester.

Your new role As the current projects include a lot of education and industrial sector projects, initially these are the projects you will be working on so any previous experience will be beneficial. You will be working in a team environment, looking after junior engineers as well as developing new client relationships. This is a hand-on role where you will deliver and look after the full life cycle of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualified and MRICS chartered building surveyor with previous experience in a senior and client-facing role. This could be a great role for an experienced building surveyor looking to take the next step in your career and managing junior building surveyors.
