Your new company
You will be working for a highly respected and trusted independent building surveying consultancy. Providing a full service, offering specialist building surveying and structural engineering expertise, reducing customer costs significantly.

Your new role
You will need to be able to provide high-quality commercial surveying services to our clients in the regions of Hertfordshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire, including landlord and tenant work, commercial building surveys, contract administration and PPM surveys. The role is home, rather than office based and the survey patch will be tailored to the candidate's home location.
What you'll need to succeed

• A broad range of commercial work
• For example: dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
• Preparing and presenting technically robust reports
• Providing clear, concise, justified conclusions
• Working independently and within a team structure
• Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
