A highly professional and self-driven Senior Building Surveyor is required in the Birmingham Office of this leading UK based construction & property consultancy.

This position will support their Project Management discipline, carrying out the role of Senior Building Surveyor, alongside Employers Agent duties, while developing a workload pipeline.

You will be capable of working in all areas of Building Surveying, including but not limited to; Defects Analysis of existing buildings and associates report writing; Party Wall matters (desirable) ; Dilapidations; Building surveys, planning preventative, maintenance schedules, commercial and due diligence reports; PPM Surveys as well as Contract Administration / Employers Agent roles and Monitoring construction works in respect of quality and progress and reporting to clients.

Based in Birmingham, the position will require regular travel to meet the demands of projects.
