An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join the Leeds team of this leading construction & property consultant.

They would happy for a Quantity Surveyor prepared to do some Project Management work or a Project Manager prepared to do some Cost Management work or an out and out Project Manager.

Location wise you could be based in the North East or Yorkshire as long as you are prepared to visit the Leeds office weekly.

MRICS or with an equivalent Professional Qualification (or demonstration of consistent experience of delivering at this level for an extended period of time) you will have experience of programming software including; Microsoft Project/Asta PowerProject; an in-depth awareness of the design, procurement and construction process; operate effectively in a pressurised environment with competing demands and recognise when to assist others and demonstrate good leadership qualities, including proactively managing other team members of varying technical ability.
