Leading property & construction consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Thames Valley team based out of Reading to work across a range of sectors for a blue chip client base.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor you will lead and influence other cost managers within the team working closely with the Reading leadership team to develop the business, manage their existing client base and develop further opportunities.

To apply for this role you must possess experience of leading projects and building strong client relationships; business development in a similar role; a high level of communication skills and commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate experience of using NEC & JCT Contracts including operating different options and commercial models.
