Your new company is a private practice based in Liverpool who are a multi-disciplinary chartered building surveying company.
Your new role
Your new role as Freelance Disrepair Surveyor will require you carry out inspections of homes and producing scott schedules. Surveys available in Manchester and Liverpool.
This role is working completely remotely, out of scope of IR35.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need knowledge of part 35 of section 11 of the landlord and tenant act.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive day rate of pay on either a LTD or PAYE basis.
