Dis-Repair Surveyor-Social Housing

Job Title: Housing Disrepair SurveyorLocation: Birmingham (home based)
Rate: £300 per day Outside IR35

Interviews ASAP to start within 1-2 weeks


Working for a consultancy carrying out Dis-Repair surveys using a PDA device. You will be doing 3-4 surveys a day, travelling direct from home.
All mileage is paid at 45 pence per mile.
About You
You will need to have a relevant qualification in building/engineering and if you have expert witness experience, that is a bonus. You will be a social housing expert and be able to carry out a Dis repair survey in line with Section 11 of the housing habitation/landlord and tenant act.
