Compliance Officer - Housing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring housing professional to join a leading housing association based in Leith.
My client are looking to appoint an experienced compliance person on a temporary basis, with a view to offer them a permanent position after training. This role will see you support the association and its customers through the upkeep of regulations and compliance across the 'Big 5' - Gas, Water, Fire, Asbestos, Electrical & Lifts.


To be successful in this role you must hold a background in social housing or private tenancy covering a compliance related function. Training will be provided however a firm foundation knowledge is essential. Candidates with experience working within a housing association within a similar or related role such as factoring or as a housing officer, may be considered. Strong IT and communications skills are key to this role.

This role is full time, in office with potential for flexi working once offered a permanent contract. They are offering a strong hourly rate and a chance to develop your career.
