Their expertise in tailoring developments to the local market has earned them multiple awards, including Scottish House Builder of the Year for three consecutive years. Currently, they are managing significant residential and commercial projects across Edinburgh and are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Your first project will be assisting the Site Manager on a large student accommodation development in the heart of Edinburgh. What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• Degree qualification in Construction or comparable trade experience.
• 2-3 years experience with Site Management responsibilities.
• Relevant Site Management qualification is a plus (SMSTS, CSCS etc).
• Experience with flatted developments or Build to Rents is a plus.
