Leading property & construction multidisciplinary consultancy are seeking a passionate and focused Senior level Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in an established team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, and commercial. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

As a Senior Building Surveyor you will benefit from on the job learning experiences whilst working on prestigious projects including large residential, industrial, commercial and Educational schemes with contract values over £30 million to much smaller schemes across a variety of Project Management and core Building Surveying roles.

MRICS with consultancy experience you will be commercially minded and capable of winning work and business development; of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects and have excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge.
