Your Role and Responsibilities:

Scheduling a team of engineers and subcontractors. Ensuring efficiency across teams and completed within SLA's as well as:- To be communicative with supply chain partners and subcontractor sto ensure job execution.
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance.
- To organise time sheets for engineers in line with the weekly schedule
- Keep the inhouse systems updated with all information, including absence management etc
- To provide administrative support handling admin jobs, managing communications.

What You'll Need:

- Efficient managing workloads to meet KPI's
- Facilities Management Experience
- Proficient in IT systems
