Role and Main Responsibilities:

The company are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team with excellent communication and organisational skills:

  • To ensure efficient management of clients and a team of engineers acting as main point of contact for them.
  • Using CAFM Helpdesk systems to log and keep track of any sort of request as well as generating orders for the team or subcontractors
  • Handling administration tasks to ensure delivery of service is smooth running and being a point of contact for complaints and customer service queries.
  • To keep track of KPI's across the team and to take necessary action to keep on top of these.
  • Keep systems and managers updated to produce weekly reports to ensure clients are satisfied and management is updated regularly.

What you'll need:

  • Engineering qualification
  • Previous Facilities Management Experience (M&E area)
  • CAFM systems experience
