Your new role

• Full-time [37.5 hrs] | Fixed-term contract until July 2025
• £25,500 per year
• Participation in an on-call, out-of-hours rota
• Valid driving licence and access to vehicle, business insurance required
• Please note this role is female only

What you'll need to succeed


To conduct thorough and holistic assessments of needs, develop support plans, monitor progress, and review outcomes for clients with diverse and complex social and housing requirements. The role also involves providing support to service users with intricate needs who have faced domestic abuse and are in short-term, emergency refuge accommodation.
