Your new company
A firm of quantity surveyors looking to grow their team in Manchester. The company has five offices across the UK and a great reputation in the market. Based in South Manchester, they are easily commutable on public transport or driving in. Based in a beautiful, newly renovated offices with great amenities, such as cafe and showers if you're cycling in.

Your new role
Working as part of a team, in this role you will predominantly work on commercial sector projects. Recent projects that they have worked on include things like, rugby school, boarding house, conservation of historic buildings, museums, police training facilities, new build ambulance, chemical plant - spent 20 years on it, Manchester University, MMU etc. This role comes with a level of autonomy where you will be delivering pre and post-contract work, feasibility studies, estimates, bills of quantities, therefore, you will need to have previous experience working within a consultancy environment.

What you'll need to succeed
A degree qualified and MRICS PQS with experience working in a consultancy environment. You will have eligibility to work in the UK and have a driving licence.
