Project Manager - Re-Clad & Fitout

Your new company
A National Main contractor with an enviable workload and reputation now seek an experienced Project manager to take over the running of a flagship scheme in West London. The project is a Retrofit refurbishment scheme over 5 floors of an existing building, The scheme has over a year to run with other similar projects already secured to follow. The project involves a complete re-clad of old cladding plus a full internal refurbishment including Kitchen, bathrooms, windows, doors and electrical upgrades.


Your new role
As project manager, you will be project lead and number one on site, you will be directly responsible for the management team of 5 and indirectly for subcontractors and external staff. You will have significant input in all aspects of delivery including design, quality management, recruitment, site documentation, health & safety & generally ensuring the contract is being enforced in the best interest of the business. This is a senior level role reporting to an area manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced project manager with a strong their 1 or larger main contractor background, You will ideally have worked on occupied refurbishment or reclad schemes previously and be comfortable managing a large site team. You will hold a minimum NVQ lvl 6 and ideally be MCIOB/MICE. You will be comfortable commuting into central London for the foreseeable and be actively looking for a long-term career move.
