Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
You will be working for a Civil Engineering Tier 1 contractor based in South Midlands. The company work on major highways schemes and have a presence up and down the country. Due to expansion, they are now looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, applications of payments and costings, monitoring cashflow and valuation plans, providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects. In addition, you will be expected to take on some estimating responsibilities. This role is predominantly office based (with travel to sites as and when required).

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previously utilised NEC and/or JCT forms of contract and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or experience equivalent). Be an ambitious individual that is keen to progress in your career. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
