Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of restoration and refurbishment projects on heritage buildings. Your responsibilities will include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. You will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in heritage building or Grade Listed building restoration and refurbishment. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and excellent communication skills will set you apart. Site Management qualifications are also preferable CSCS / SMSTS.
