Your new role

This Local Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Surveyor to join their Property Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including commercial, educational (schools), and residential properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of property management within a local authority context.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: Degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field.
• Professional Membership: Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, preferably within a local authority or public sector environment.
