We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join our team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing residential construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
