Quantity Surveyor-Social Housing

A large housing Association is looking to appoint an interim QS to support the current workload. Whilst the role is temporary for 6, initially there could be the opportunity for a permanent role in the future. The purpose of the role is to support in the commercial management of contractors.
Duties:
Scrutinising and reconciliation of invoices against the NHF SOR
Scrutinising monthly applications
Contractor liaison
Working with internal finance services to ensure company policies are adhered too

What you will need
A relevant qualification and a proven track record of working within Social Housing at either Assistant or QS Level
*MUST have NHF SOR experience
*Sound social housing experience, main contractor or client side is acceptable


Applications are welcome from Assistant QS level candidates ambitious and keen to progress, as well as experienced QS level applicants. There are two positions available.
This role is inside IR35 and working Monday to Friday, hybrid policy.
