Your new role
The below are some of the duties you will be covering off within your job role:

• Full Quantity Surveying services
• Preliminary financial and development appraisals
• Expert Witness
• Valuations for insurance purposes
• Assistance with capital allowance calculations
• Fire insurance valuations
• Mediation / Dispute settlement

What you'll need to succeed

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Want to succeed and excel
• Sitting the APC course in order to achieve Membership status in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

What you'll get in return

• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Package + Benefits
• Support in achieving chartership in the RICS
