A diverse and vibrant Local Authority in London undergoing a number of large scale capital works projects and redevelopments across the borough is seeking to expand their current Project Management team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Your new role

The Local Authority is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to work on their Civic Campus Project. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a significant civic redevelopment that will serve as a hub for community activities and services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in public sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM qualifications
