I am working with a leading Build to Rent developer in London who are seeking a Senior Resident Services Manager to oversee multiple sites in East London. The company are a well established PLC offering a great working environment and professional growth opportunities

Your new role

• Lead the on site teams overseeing the business full service offering
• Manage complaints, major incidents and security issues
• Oversee property repair, construction and maintenance
• Oversee all H&S requirements on site
• Overseeing facilities and construction contractors on site
• Ensure financial performance targets are achieve
• Ensure the RST deliver the move in and out process within time frame and no obstruction
• Face to face enquires and complaints dealt with in a professional manor

What you'll need to succeed

• IRPM Level 3/4 qualification - (Level 4 preferred)
• Previous Management/ Leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act and Housing/ Rents Act Legislation
• Practical understanding on Health and Safety requirements & COSHH
• Face to Face professionalism
