Your new company
Your new company is a housing provider based in the North West who are currently looking for a Disrepair Surveyor.
Your new role
Your new role, which is a fully working from home, hybrid role, requires you to carry out detailed repair inspections including full disrepair surveys/Scott schedules. The role is out of scope of IR35.

The role can be based out of either Manchester or Liverpool.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll need experience of Scott schedules, calcium carbide testing and previous experience of using a damp meter.
What you'll get in return
