Housing Support Worker

Rate: £18.48 per hour
Contract Type: Temp (ongoing)
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Location: Oldham
The RoleI am seeking Housing Support Workers to assist service users at our supported housing projects. You will work proactively with individuals who have experienced homelessness and have complex needs, helping them sustain their tenancies and transition to independent living.You will also work to empower service users, engaging them with the community, building resilience, and promoting independence.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working with individuals who have been homeless and/or have complex needs such as mental health issues, substance misuse, and domestic abuse

Skills:
Ability to assess service users' needs, plan and deliver effective support
