Senior Health & Safety / CDM Consultant

London or Essex with Hybrid Working

This leading independent property and construction consultancy involved with key projects across the UK including Wembley Park Regeneration, Meridian Water, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, BT’s office portfolio and the British Museum framework - to mention a few, are currently looking to appoint a Senior CDM Consultant in London or Essex with flexible working.

You will be capable of working in all areas of CDM/Health & Safety, carrying out all relevant requirements of the CDM Regulations, including but not limited to; acting in the CDM Advisor role to Clients; acting in the Principal Designer role; advising the Principal Designer on their duties under the Regulations; providing general health & safety consultancy services; providing construction site health and safety support services and supporting line management as required.

You will have NEBOSH Qualification (General Certificate) and/or relevant design related qualification (architecture, engineering, surveying etc.) with Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable) and APS Membership/accreditation (CMAPS preferable) and broad sector experience supporting Clients with CDM strategies, fulfilling client duties and acting as Principal Designer (as defined under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015).
