Design Architect

Your new company
You will be joining an internationally known company in Nottinghamshire that focusses its work in the retail, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. The company highly values their excellent studio culture, close-knit working environment and work-life balance, and they are now looking for two talented senior design-based Architects to join them and hit the ground running.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be expected to complete daily tasks such as:

• Producing 3D models using Revit.
• Managing members of staff.
• Mentoring more junior members of staff.
• Leading your own projects.
• Interacting with clients, contractors and relevant authorities on a daily basis

What you'll need to succeed

• A wealth of experience working in either the retail, hospitality or mixed-use sectors.
• Experience working on high-budget projects.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Excellent understanding of building regulations.
• 5 years of experience post PIII.
• Excelling skills in visualisations, all design processes and managing teams.
