- The full scope of planning - you will get the opportunity to run jobs, develop junior staff, project manage, work on bids and fee proposals, generate your own work using internal and external relationships and manage ethos clients

What will you need?
- A degree or post graduate qualification in Town and Country Planning (RTPI accredited) with Chartered membership of RTPI (or close to qualification)
- Detailed relevant experience working in consultancy, a local authority planning team, or similar.
- A sound, in-depth knowledge of planning law and procedures & sound commercial awareness and proven ability to manage project budgets.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering multidisciplinary projects; ability and aptitude to work alongside and coordinate internal and external technical specialists with strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills, and the aptitude to rationally explain, explore and discuss planning, development and environmental issues.
- Proven experience of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders along with ability to check and review complex documents and summarise and present key issues in a clear and concise way, understandable to non-specialists.
